The story on the picture is as follows:
One day, Saint Anthony was very sad. He wanted to talk about Jesus, but the people of Rimini didn't want to listen to him. Their hearts were very hard.
Saint Anthony was so desperate, that he went to the river and talked about Jesus to the fish! Suddenly, many fish came to listen to him!
When the people saw all the fish from the river listening to Saint Anthony, they thought it was a miracle and they started to listen to him too.
